    Michael was Chief Engineer for the Integrated Electronic Health Record (iEHR) project, an joint effort between the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) & Defense (DoD) intended to create one of the largest EHR systems in the world. He has a background in healthcare IT & informatics, distributed systems, & computer security.
