Company Summary

Piecharter helps users create and track contractual relationships between entrepreneurs, contractors and investors. Users create a page for the business they want to build, post tasks that need to be completed and hire other users to complete those tasks in exchange for equity in the new business. Piecharter also facilitates the 'trading' of equities for money. Just like a real stock-market, Piecharter also tracks the 'value' of a project.

    Richard Magness is an entrepreneur and developer who has worked with startups from around the globe. He co-founded Flutterscape.com and is the Art Director for Diveboard.com, a startup social network for divers. Richard is second year law student at the University of Wisconsin and earned his undergraduate degree in International Business and Economics at Tokyo's Sophia University.

    Business Co-Founder

    John Scheflow is an entrepreneur and law student at the University of Wisconsin Law School. He worked with Nothing Special Productions, a non-profit theater company out of Chicago. He graduated from Miami University with a bachelor's degree in Journalism and American Studies.
