Prior to founding Picture Marketing, Ron served as President of Don Ton Associates, where he positioned his company to take advantage of the advent of the Internet by developing the CruiseNet, CruiseBid and CruiseWatch web sites, subsequently purchased by American Express.

    President and COO

    Tim has been leading teams in the development of Internet photo sharing products for 16 years. He created and launched the world's first commercial "Internet Photo Booth" in 1996, for which he was granted his first patent. He manages development of PM's product suite including smartphone apps, camera and web application. Tim graduated from Brown University. His senior thesis described how ancient cultures used stories to affect social behavior.

    Terry Tonini is a founder of Picture Marketing. Prior to Picture Marketing, Terry was a founding partner of NetRam computers, which became the number one selling PC brand at the nationwide Fry’s Electronics stores. NetRam was subsequently purchased by Millennium Electronics, a publicly traded company, where Terry took over as Vice President of Retail Sales, leading Millennium to over $45 million in annual volume.

    Rob is 25 year veteran CFO at multiple startups and early-stage companies, where he has been responsible for a wide range of corporate management activities. He also served as President of a subsidiary for Sutro and Company, a West Coast investment banking firm. He has participated in the investment of over $400 million of corporate investments, and $200 million of corporate financings.

His career includes being President of Hambros America, a British investment bank, President of Geneva Learning Systems, and Group VP/Business Development for the five Geneva Companies. During his tenure at Geneva, over 70 merger & acquisitions and venture capital deals were completed.
