Russ Cohen holds a MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from Yale University. Mr. Cohen ran Trilby Energy, a Colorado-focused energy field services provider from 2007-12. He was the Chief Risk Officer of Black Hills Corp from 2002-2006. Mr. Cohen has been a Colorado resident since 1998, when he left Wall Street derivatives trading to become the CFO of a telecom field service provider, which was sold in 2001.

Dr. Christians received his M.D. (with highest honors) and his Ph.D. in Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology from the Medizinische Hochschule Hannover (MHH), Germany. He is a board-certified pharmacologist, toxicologist and clinical pharmacologist. Dr. Christians holds two Professorships, in Anesthesiology (University of Colorado) and in Pharmacology (MHH). He is the author of 230 peer-reviewed original research pieces.

David holds a MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and BA from the University of Pennsylvania. David has extensive experience in highly regulated entrepreneurial industries. In 2009, he joined a Denver-based renewable energy company, negotiating asset sales. From 2004-2009, he served as Director /Credit Suisse’s Private Banking USA. From 1994-2004 David was Managing Director of Salomon Brothers’ Private Client Group.
