Phusia is a recreational interval style dance class. Each class consists of 6-14 specifically choreographed songs. Each song has it's own dance style including jazz, hip-hop, latin, contemporary, country and more. Phusia fills a niche for the recreational dancer who wants something more than a fitness class, but less than a traditional dance class. Phusia is taught exclusively by dance teachers who certify through an online process.
