Company Summary

D.I.C. is a limited liability company established in Latvia for the Photurist project development. The founders of the project are brothers Dmitry and Igor Tsapun. The project is being created at its own expense, without the involvement of third-party lenders and investors. Igor Tsapun is the author of the idea, the mastermind, and the organizer of the project. All other workers are employed or engaged on a freelance basis.
