Company Summary

Our goal is to become a destination restaurant not only for the local area but reaching out across the state as well. Our setting will be historic with an intimate and exclusive ambiance. Our menu will be planned and focused on local sourcing of products grown, raised and produced in this area. By encouraging innovation and creativity through continuing education, apprenticeship programs and seminars our staff will rise above the rest.

    I have been in the restaurant business since 1973. I have worked at several upscale restaurants over the years such as "The American Hotel" in Sag Harbor, NY, along with locally at the "Cafe Du Soir" in Vero Beach, Fl. I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales with an A.S. degree in Food & Beverage Management. In 1994 I was honored with the distinction of "Chapter Chef of the Year" for the Treasure Coast of Florida by the American Culinary Federation.
