PHL Holdings Limited (PHL) has identified a lucrative cash generative opportunity to establish a premium rate psychic line, in a business sector, which is expanding. PHL is a start-up telephony service in the premium line sector, specifically offering psychic readings to the general public via various integrated payment methods.
Belief in Britain today is not encouraged at the pulpit, but in psychic's parlours, where ordinary people believe they can communicate directly with the dead and see into the future. Sceptics ignore the fact that those demonstrating, they have psychic powers, are reinforcing a majority of people’s beliefs. Every day people are not at church on Sunday mornings or seeking guidance from ‘’the church’’, but in psychic shops or on premium-rate telephone lines seeking advice and guidance, which is validated, by their return custom and wish for continued guidance. PHL will deliver readings in line with the Phone Pay Plus regulatory body, and via two principle payment methods, a premium line and a pre-pay credit card line.

Belief in ghosts and fortune-telling or tarot has also tripled and doubled respectively since the 1950s, through increased mainstream and satellite broadcasting channels.
Psychic premium lines’ popularity suggests a growing need in people for a meaningful spiritual encounter.
Crisis and anxiety may fuel some of this belief. Research shows that psychics have never been busier, claiming an increase of 40% more clients due to the recession. The client base is spread evenly across both genders, whilst both seek security, both also seek guidance and advice over serious commercial and business matters, one identified readers entire client base consists of banking and legal professionals or entrepreneurs.
