Philly Frites is a snack shop with a grab and go concept similar to that of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels or Mrs. Field’s Cookies. It uses only the highest quality potatoes in its recipes and seeks to minimize customer waiting lines. Fries are presented in a unique compostable container which allows the customer to conveniently carry both fries and dipping sauce in one hand.
