Company Summary

VascuClose is intended to rapidly seal the femoral arterial puncture site. The XF device delivers a sealant to the arteriotomy site and the XP device delivers a hemostatic pad to the arteriotomy site. The sealant (VascuFlow) and hemostatic pad achieve hemostasis by accelerating the clotting cascade and expand in the subcutaneous tissues over the artery. VascuFlow is also a surgical sealant used during open surgical procedures.
