Company Summary

Our company has identified a specific niche opportunity that covers 20% of the US population and that is the need to for high speed broadband in rural areas. We have determined that the markets we plan to enter are serviced by smaller, regional providers that will not have the capacity and capabilities that we will have. Our business model is to acquire existing entities that are currently generating revenue and are cash flow positive in order to reach scale quicker and return value to our shareholders in the shortest time frame. We have identified 5 target entities that we are prepared to acquire. Further, we have executed agreements with these companies to facilitate the acquisition. We feel that this model is strong and mitigates any start-up risk.

Specific capabilities in translating financial opportunities into actionable executable strategies. 15 year career in operations, finance, and management. Andre has a Bachelors in Business Administration from Florida A&M University and a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management from Devry University.

    CFO

    Successful, accomplished Finance Officer (Director/CFO) with over a 20-year proven track record of saving millions of dollars to the bottom line of multiple organizations. Proven ability to partner with the Chief Executive and/or Board in order to facilitate growth, cut costs, manage assets efficiently and provide superior service. Steve is currently a PhD candidate at Florida Atlantic Univeristy.
