    Basil has been working in the PBX/ISP industry since graduating from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2002 with a Degree in Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting.
    Over the past 10 years Basil has
    helped transform Smart Choice Communications from being a POTS and PRI reseller, into one of the fastest growing facility based companies in the industry.
    SCC has developed into an industry leader in hosted PBX and WAN deployments.

  • Dominique Kull
    Chief Technology Officer

    Dominique is the head architect of PhastCloud and has overall responsibilty for product engineering. Prior to joining PhastCloud, Dominique worked in several different telephony and engineering positions.

    Dominique is also the chief
    architect of the Taridium VoIP Solutions Suite of products. The Taridium PBX software is used by both ISP's, enterprise clients, and is considered one of the most reliable VoIP softswitch currently available.

  • Jarrett Wolfe
    Director of Sales and Marketing/COO

    Jarrett Wolfe has been working in telecom for over 20 years since graduating from Baruch College in 1993. Jarrett started with Net2000 where he opened and then managed the NY office, oversaw all employees, trained all sales people and quickly helped grow Net2000. In 1998 Jarrett left Net2000 to start Smart Choice Communications, within a decade was an industry leader in the hosted PBX industry.
