Nancy Confrey, CEO, has been a management consultant in strategic planning and product portfolio management, (partner with Integral, Inc, and founder of Inflexion Point Consulting) with a focus on medical devices. She also has more than a decade of industry experience implementing complex hardware and software systems. She has a BA from Yale and an MSCS/AI from Stanford.

Chris Adams, Chairman, is a serial inventor and entrepreneur. He is founder and CEO of Andarix Pharmaceuticals, an oncology drug company focused on personalized medicine, and founder of Walleye Technologies, a handheld microwave device company. He has also founded other life science and medical device companies with successful exits. He has a B.A. in Psychology from Assumption College.
