Prior to Felicity Motivational Group/Tutor for Good, she held various pharmaceutical management positions with Kroger, Wal-Mart, and CVS. She resides in Brentwood, Tennessee with her 5 children.

Zaria holds degrees in Pharmacy, Molecular Biology and Chemistry. After being hired by Vanderbilt University, she led urban students to academic success before starting PharmPsych. She has been honored as a National Merit Scholar and recognized by Texas Instruments for her achievements.
