Ms. Haller spent two decades as a market research analyst in increasingly senior positions. She joined FIND/SVP, which is now a business unit of Opinion Research Corp., in 1981 and held the position of Research Director before leaving to become an independent consultant. Ms. Haller grew the budgets of two departments to $1 million each and developed and initiated the Tracking Service — routine updates on industry and competitor developments.

Mr. Perry has 15 years experience in corporate strategic development, consulting and investment banking in the healthcare industry. Mr. Perry has extensive experience in business development and strategic planning for specialty biopharmaceutical companies. Core competencies include commercial assessment in product deals, M&A transactions and partnering arrangements. Mr. Perry earned a BS degree in engineering and economics from Tufts University.
