I have always loved being in the culinary field. I have a degree in Culinary Arts from the Cordon Bleu program. My children share the love of cooking that I have and it has become something we love to do together. My idea is to start a real "home feel" sandwich truck with my two sons. It is our dream to work together and give a better sandwich than you can find anywhere else. Home brined and seasoned meats, no pre sliced or pre packaged items.
