The Company was incorporated in May, 2013 in response to the Local Content Policy of the Ugandan Government to take part in the ever growing upstream and downstream sector of Oil & Gas Exploration and Production activities of the Country. It intends however to go beyond the Country and expand into other Oil producing Countries in the East & Central African sub-Continent (Dr. Congo, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi and South Sudan).
