We're not incorporated as we don't want to start a business in Russia. We need 75-80$K to be eligible for the Canadian start-up visa program (75$K - min. threshold for this). Therefore we're looking for a partner who can register our company in Canada and handle all of the bureaucracy and\or management issues, leaving the technical decisions to us. After we get the start-up visa - we join him/her on site.
