disruptive products and ventures from the ground-up. Pedro has lead projects with Anheuser-Busch, Coca-Cola and Estee Lauder.

As an expert in Big Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence(AI), Dr. Hernandez has over 15 years of experience in software & product development.
With clients including Target, Grainger, and the U.S. Navy, he has been involved in over 100 IT projects and has developed large-scale infrastructure systems from the ground up. He founded the Big Data research program at St. Thomas University helping usher in a new era of AI systems engineering.

As a Silicon Valley native, Kas has worked with 15+ technology startups and is the owner of 26 patents. With a background in Materials Science and Process Design, Kas is a specialist in developing and scaling
up new processes and bringing fresh ideas to market. Kas brings his food formulation experience & background in nutrition to PetMio and will be leading all food science and fulfillment efforts.

Dr. Velez specializes in small animal medicine and is an active advocate for animal health awareness. As a Veterinarian, Dr. Velez brings a deep understanding of the health and nutritional needs of pets and how to address them. Dr. Velez plays a critical role in overseeing the implementation of the PetMio Wellness System, developing internal systems for auditing its efficacy, as well as interpreting pet health data and trends.
