Emily has taught performing arts for 10 years, before which she danced professionally. She has built up a successful London-based performing arts business with 6 branches. Emily is responsible for the sales, marketing and operations of the business.

Michelle has danced professionally for 13 years and has built up a successful dance and theatre school in Los Angeles over the last 5 years. She holds a BA Hons in Dance and Theatre Performance and is responsible for the creative direction of the business, helping to develop the Petite Performers syllabus and music.

Amy has strong strategy and operations experience, gained from 4 years with A.T. Kearney, a leading management consultancy. She also has start-up experience, having been Head of Operations for Blow Ltd for 3 years. Amy will provide operations support and advice to the co-founders, with particular focus on how to scale the business.
