I am a chef and currently have a stake in a Peruvian restaurant in Portland, I decided to create sauces and chili pastes that are not currently available, the current market consist of pasteurized sauces that are not of fresh or have a good flavor profile. My company will explore the Portland market that loves chili sauces and the Peruvian restaurants need for those peppers.
