Roberto has been involved in Digital Health for the past 15 years. The early years of his career were in the multinational medical device industry, specializing in cardiac stimulation

He received a degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Univ. Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), and is an expert in ICT applied to bioengineering. He participates as a teacher in the Masters program in Bioengineering at University Rey Juan Carlos.

Miguel is a telecommunications engineer who graduated from the Univ. Politécnica de Madrid and Stuttgart Universität, with an Executive MBA (IE Business School). He is the CTO and the CISO of Persei vivarium.

He leads the design of the architecture and technology frameworks to develop the eHealth ecosystems of the company. Previously he conducted the development area at Persei and worked as a project manager in the telecommunications R&D field.

Elli has a degree in nutrition science (Ökotrophologie, University of Applied Science Hamburg). She leads the Business Development area at Persei vivarium.

Previously she worked as a product manager in neuromodulation and gynecology/uro in multinational corporations. Her prior positions include those of international project manager at an eHealth company, marketing manager at a nutrition company, and market researcher in a multinational company.

Dr. José Luis Rojo-Álvarez has a PhD in Telecommunication Engineering, and since 2006 he has been an Associate Professor in the Department of Signal Theory and Communications, University Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid, Spain.

He has published more than 85 papers in JCR journals and more than 150 (inter)national conference communications. He has participated in and directed more than 50 I+D projects (with public and private funding).

Carmen obtained a double major in law and business at UPComillas. She was awarded an ICEX Scholarship in New York. She also holds a certifícate from the General Management Program (PDG) at the IESE Business School, Madrid, Spain, and was recipient of a Lidera Scholarship.

Carmen is an expert in strategic and financial management, and is absolutely convinced of the value of innovation.

Miguel has a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering with extensive experience in consultancy and project management activities. He also has an Executive MBA from the EOI in Madrid. In Persei vivarium Miguel is the Controller and head of the Administration area.

During the last decade, Miguel served as manager of production departments, driving the implementation of ICTs, RD&I, environmental and infrastructure projects.

Sergio earned his PhD in Machine Learning at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where he also received a degree in Telecommunication Engineering.

He has led pioneering projects where machine learning knowledge was successfully used to solve real Big Data problems. Currently, he is a researcher at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. Since 2015, he has worked at Persei vivarium as Head of Data Science and Big Data.

Master of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Granada, MBA from the EOI and graduate of the Senior Management Program at the IE Business School. Rosa is currently leading the Institutional Relations area at Persei vivarium.

As Deputy Chief of Staff for 3 Ministers of the Government of Spain, she directly handled the strategy, communications and Minister’s relations in the areas of health, consumer rights and equality.
