She is a material scientist. Her career commenced in the multinational electronics defence sector, and she has played a major role into the Australian cleantech sector. She has taken 2 companies to IPO, and is a director/seed investor in several other companies

Ian Bergman is CEO, Director, co-founder & seed investor. Ian has over 20 years experience in technology development and commercialisation in sectors including water & energy technology, IT, biotech & sensor technologies. He commenced work in the Federal Government. He was technology diffusion manager for a CRC. He developed a business in international technology transfer, & was CEO of an Internet Service Provider in which he was a lead investor

Dr David Bowman has degrees in both science and engineering and has experience in establishing supply chains for newly developed products and commercialising electronic equipment, including both firmware and hardware. Dave joined PSI from the ANU, where he maintains a part-time position in the Physics Department.

David has many years experience in Business Relationship Management in the electronic security monitoring and national guarding and patrols marketplace. He is highly respected in the sector for his expertise in B2B sales relationships, and has worked for companies including Brambles Security, Signature Security, Armaguard and Southern Cross Protection.
