A graduate of Cornell University, Ms. Sapyta was the captain of the 1984 Cornell Women’s National Championship Polo Team. Upon graduation, she became a professional horse trainer and polo player. Ms. Sapyta left polo to become an inventor and the founder of PWL. She invented and patented the entire product line and is still creating prototypes, field testing, modifying the product lines, finding manufacturing, developing markets and more.

Mr. Hudgens is the President of Hilary Hudgens Design, a national award-winning marketing firm. He is a highly experienced and skilled marketing professional, and has done high-level design and marketing work for many national and international companies during his career. His specialty is smaller and early stage companies. Mr. Hudgens graduated from The University of Missouri with a degree in Journalism and has a degree in Graphic Design.

Mr. Adler is the former President of Hughes Aerospace Groups, and VP of their Space Systems Division. He was the CEO of Nadgco Ltd., responsible for the NATO Air Defense Ground Environment. Mr. Adler has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the U. of Cal. at Berkeley, and both a Master of Science and a Ph.D. in physics from California Institute of Technology. Not interested in retiring, Mr. Adler brings his extensive business acumen to PWL.

Fred Gildart has vast knowledge and experience in the field of customer service, business management, account management, and sales. Mr. Gildart holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and has extensive work experience within varying industries in developing new accounts, promotion, and marketing. Mr. Gildart has developed an extensive contact list for PWL amongst EMT, fire department, CSI, and international aid groups.

Zankye Web Dev, owned by José Lemos, is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada since 1999. Zankye Web Dev has provided custom solutions for a diverse array of companies and institutions, including government, industrial, and retail entities. Zankye Web Dev creates visually engaging websites on a client-by-client basis and is able to deliver to clients high quality technical solutions that are cutting-edge and tailored to the client's specific needs.
