Perfec-Tone (also referred to as ‘the Company’) is a wholly owned subsidiary of AP&L Holdings founded in 1980 under the authorship of Liloutie (Lila) Ramlakhansingh-Pinder. Currently managed and operated under the guidance of Lila’s son, Arron Pinder, Perfec-Tone offers an array of skin care products and services out of its brick and mortar storefront located in the Bahamas. Perfec-Tone seeks to rebrand itself as the premier luxury skin care brand and expand its distribution accordingly to satisfy demand for its proven and popular product line.

Upon relocation to the Bahamas from Europe, Lila’s intense passion for skin care, her expansive professional experience as a respected esthetician, combined with assistance from highly trained chemists and doctors across the globe, were the driving forces that led to the inception of Lila’s Skin Care (rebranded to Perfec-Tone). Lila’s mission was to create the strongest and most effective products to facilitate the elimination of most external skin problems, and more importantly, to provide quality products that serve as preventative measures in skin care. She is renowned to this day for her fast-acting Perfec-Tone line of products and flawless results.

Perfec-Tone’s brand positioning focuses on blending the alluring sophistication of European skincare with the radiance of the Bahamas. With a focus on rebirth, renewal and authenticity, Perfec-Tone truly believes that beauty is ageless and strives to embrace each woman’s individuality and uniqueness in a social environment that makes it increasingly difficult to genuinely be comfortable in one’s own skin.

Perfec-Tone’s strength lies in the experience and successful track record of its two major shareholders, Allan and Lila Pinder. As the initial skin care manufacturing venture (Lila’s Skin Care) was in operation for over 30 years, their products have already been proven to be tried, tested and true – which means it does not require a completely new market entry strategy. Rather than focusing its efforts on solely capturing new clientele, the Company seeks to simply build and expand upon the current consumer base within the Bahamas and abroad.

Perfec-Tone launched its e-commerce website (www.perfec-tone.com) in early 2015, and is currently generating consistent sales. The Company is currently in an ongoing effort of rebranding its product categories, lines and company image as Perfec-Tone, exemplifying all the aforementioned points. The Company is also considering franchising the brick and mortar opportunity to the right group of strategic partners (in addition to several other wholly-owned subsidiaries). Through the e-commerce website, United States expansion and wholesale channel outlets, the Company seeks to scale exponentially with an initial seed round, which will be allocated towards working capital and setting up an additional brick and mortar location in the Miami, Florida area.
