Building industrial, commercial and residential. Brett was told that he was the youngest to build a Wal-Mart. Holding a Mn. General Contractor License. Brett's memberships of NRMCA, and ACI. Brett employed over 100 employees per year.

K.T. Bernhagen co-founder graduated from St. Catherine University with a Bachelors of Science degree in communications with a focus on business management and marketing. K.T. is responsible for business operations, human resources and is the marketing director or Percoa USA, LLC.
