Diagnostic algorithms incorporated into the coding of the apps shall use the vital parameters input by the app user to identify patients at risk of developing medical complications and to recommend courses of action to save the lives of these patients, including a possible visit from a trained physician.

    Chief Executive Officer

    Winfred Tovar is the founder and CEO of PeopleCloud Solutions. Earning his B.A. in Biochemistry from Columbia and his M.D. from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Dr. Tovar completed his residency in OB/GYN at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. He has more than a decade of experience. Trained in high-risk obstetrics, Dr. Tovar has become interested in humanitarian medicine. Dr. Tovar has held several positions at notable university.

    Chief Technology Officer

    Mr. Price started out as an INROADS intern with Citi Private Banker division (CPB) since May 2000. He is now the Database Administrator for CPB’s Client Website Support Unit. Mr. Price has served as a Project Manager, Programmer and Business Analyst at CPB. He is a graduate from Pennsylvania State University with a BA in Computer Science and Communications and a Masters in Information Technology, Multimedia and Animation.
