Anthony Gilmore has 33 years of experience in the supermarket business and has been an executive at Safeway, Wholefoods Market and Andronico’s. Mr. Gilmore is assisting in planning for operations, management and site construction.

Brahm Ahmadi is President and CEO of People’s Community Market and the lead entrepreneur for the venture. As the former Executive Director of People’s Grocery, Mr. Ahmadi brings experience in organizational development, management and planning.

Michel Thorne has a background in marketing, outreach and wellness education in the food industry. Ms. Thorne is assisting in marketing and brand development.

Rene Cage has 35 years experience in the restaurant, deli and food service industry as a chef, manager, and planning consultant. Mr. Cage is developing our deli and prepared food programs.

Bill Fujimoto is a legendary fresh produce pioneer with over 40 years experience in the grocery business. Formerly at Monterey Market in Berkeley, Mr. Fujimoto is assisting in the planning of our produce department.
