He published two books on the Future of Work and then decided to transform his ideas and skills into action by founding “People as a Service.”

D in Information & Decision Sciences, where his research is to improve decision-making at the crossroads of IT and psychology.
During his career, he has worked for companies like Shell, Bossard, BlueCross BlueShield, Caribou Coffee, and McKinsey & Company.

After receiving her Diploma in Communications at the Universidad de las Americas in Puebla, Leyla worked in Business Development and Product Management for several companies, including Volkswagen (gedas) and Qualytel. She then dedicated several years of her time to raising her children, and started to work part-time in education and social media. Leyla speaks English and Spanish fluently.

Amir has the rare combination of a degree in accounting and a degree in computer science. He has over 15 years of application development experience across multiple industries and application types. He has developed applications and managed software teams for a diverse group of clients all over the world. Amir lives and works in Alexandria, Egypt and has traveled extensively for his work. He exemplifies the truly global workforce.

Mena has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering and has over 5 years of experience in Web Application Development. He speaks two languages fluently.

Mely has wide experience in very diverse fields from fashion, teaching, and design to sales and customer support. She has a degree in Fashion Design from the prestigious Janet Klein Fashion School and has many years of experience in that industry.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and French Language, and values precision and clarity in her varied writing, editing, and project management work, whether she is working on a blog post, writing marketing content, or overseeing an editorial project.
