Company Summary

PENFIN provides training to rural areas based BoP youth from Zimbabwe. They are trained in Small Business Management, Organic Farming, Horticulture and other Vocational Skills. We then support them with start-up capital ranging from $500 to $5000 payable over 6 months. We also train them is setting up savings groups for the internal mobilisation of further loans and funding. We work with youth aged up to 35 years who are financially excluded.

    A banker with more than 15 years experience in the financial services sector. Hillary has been trained in Micro Finance Institution management from the School of African Microfinance. He is also a Trainer in the Start and Improve Your Business seminars. He has worked with BoP youth for the past 5 years providing them with training and support to start their small businesses.
