Mind the Moms is an App that makes it easy for prenatal care providers to offer patient centered postpartum care with an App that helps moms prepare for the postpartum period, increasing physical and psychosocial resilience so they prevent burnout and postpartum depression. We help moms develop a self care plan to survive perinatal stress. The App has a concise masterclass, a tracking tool, and a community made up of other moms in the practice.
