PI will lead selected financings for UK, US and emerging Europe companies expanding in the UK and using the expanded UK EIS market for financing. PI will bear the financing costs as a "merchant bank", partnered with one of the leading current EIS market participants. PI will also create selected PE funds, initially focused on emerging Europe, partnered with exisitng successsful PE investors with 20 year track records in the region.
