My business is a phone app for travelers coming to visit Portland Oregon.
If they have time when they come into town they can just pull out their phone and call someone who is nearby and available to come hang out with them and show them popular food locations, breweries, points of interest, and out door activities. It would operate like a ride share app where you can see people who are nearby and available to hang out and show you around town.
