    Ian is the strategic and commercial leader of PChem. Ian has a proven track record of managing and growing businesses in the specialty chemical industry.
    Ian held leadership positions at Rohm and Haas Co as Director of Strategy and Commercial Development of a $2.5B paints and coatings materials division and General Manager of a $300M European business.

  • Greg Jablonski
    President

    Greg acts as the day-to-day operations leader of the Company. He has extensive experience in product and process development in the chemical process industry. Over his 20 years of experience he has had research leadership and project management roles at ExxonMobil and as Principal Scientist at Parelec, a specialty startup company.

    Greg has a PhD in Chemical Materials Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

  • Michael Mastropietro
    Principal Scientist

    Mike is responsible for all R&D projects and is the principal scientist and original inventor of the PChem technology. Mike is a co-founder of the Company.

    Mike has an MS in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University

  • Don Ensign
    Business Development Manager

    Don is responsible for developing revenue opportunities for PChem. His 35 year career in specialty chemicals includes market commercialization and business development of Vectra® liquid polymer plastic at Celanese, Director of Global Sales & Marketing for Electronic Materials at Grace Specialty Chemicals/W. R. Grace, VP of Business Development at Spraylat Corporation.
    BS in Chemistry from Texas Christian University. MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson.

  • Andreas Rademacher
    Business Development Manager

    Andreas is responsible for developing revenue opportunities for the Company in Europe. Andreas worked for more than 20 years in various positions in sales, marketing and business management for Rohm and Haas Company, a global specialty chemical company. In his last position he was the Business Director for the Polymer & Resins Business in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
    PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Freiburg, Germany.

  • Richard Morris
    Business Development Manager

    Richard is responsible for developing revenue opportunities for the Company. He has 15 years of experience in specialty chemicals and coatings, including as Business Manager North America for Sun Chemical-Circuits.
    Richard has worked in the printed electronics space for the last 10 years in a business development / sales role for a conductive inks start-up, Parelec, and printers, Soligie and Si-Cal.
    BS in Chemistry from Bristol University, UK.
