An award-winning marketing and communications executive, Pam Golden, holds a BS from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master's from the H. John Heinz School of Public Policy, has held management positions in healthcare, economic development, the arts & as a consultant. She is Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer of PB&J Jams.

James Muzzi, DMD, holds degrees in education and doctorate of medical dentistry from the University of Pittsburgh; and will soon be awarded a degree in Fashion Design from Fashion Institute of Technology. He maintains dental practices in New York City and Pittsburgh. Dr. Muzzi is Head of Design and Creative Director.

Cindi Underwood, an instructor at Fashion Institute of Technology, is assisting with pattern making and sewing prototypes.
