German Ruiz was born in Barcelona in 1983. He received the BSc/MSc in electronic engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) in 2004 and 2009, respectively. Between 2004 and 2006, he worked as software engineer in Sharp. In 2005, he joined the Department of Electronic Engineering (UPC) where he was involved in MCIA Group as a Researcher and Teacher. In 2010, he joined PayTouch, as CTO.

Born in 1979 in Barcelona. Earned a degree in law at the University of Barcelona in 2004, and an LLM Degree at Duke University (USA), and Master in Corporate Finance & Law in 2008 at ESADE. Extensive experience being partner at several law firms at the Barcelona area. Expertise in commercial law, legal advice start-ups and corporate management. Practice also in civil procedural law, both corporate and individual level, in all kinds of lawsuits.

Telecom Engineer from Polytechnic University of Catalonia and currently studying an Executive MBA at ESADE Business School. He began his activity in the electronics and semiconductors industry having always very strong relationship with new technologies. He worked for top multinational companies and was responsible for Portugal and Spanish markets. In late 2009 he co-founded, with other partners, his own company and became CEO of PayTouch.
