Mr. Holm has managed several private stock, bond and mutual fund accounts at eTrade and Sharebuilder since 1999. Mr. Holm uses fundamental techniques to help in his decisions regarding investment strategies, however he realized that technical analytics is of greater emphasis when investing in real estate. Mr. Holm has developed the systems and processes to analyze profitable properties.

Mrs. Holm has over 20 years of management experience during the early 1990's; she managed the office of Mrs. Leslie H. Clifton, a California Certified Public Accountant. Mrs. Holm received her Master's in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Her hospitality experience includes: Disneyland Resort, Marriott and Marriott International.
