Bill is the founder of the Company and is the inventor the Company's line of autoclaves. Over his career, working with repair facilities, Bill was able to determine the weaknesses in existing products and with a team of consulting engineers invented the breakthrough autoclave.

Alan has over 30 years experience in accounting, finance and operations of emerging growth companies. Alan was the CFO of an international media company with operations in Europe and the Mid-East. Alan's contribution to emerging growth companies has been recognized twice as a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Alan is frequently called upon to provide seminars for emerging companies in accounting, management and finance.

Frank has over 30 years experience in sales, marketing and management both domesticly and internationally. He was the managing partner of Scenic Marketing Group, He was the CEO of a tech company specializing in security systems in the transportation industry. Frank built the nation’s 4t larges billboard company selling it to Lamar Outdoor. He developed a unique program for a mobile awareness campaign locating and rescuing missing children

Steve is a mechanical engineer with over 30 years experience in all phases of engineering design. In addition to his skills in engineering Steve has an extensive background in design documentation, vendor interface and overseeing design changes.
