Paul was an All American collegiate athlete that served as a Marine Corps Intelligence Officer for 4 years out of college. Paul returned from the war in Iraq and started a career as a CPA in the Venture Capital Industry. In 2012, along with his family, he started Primal Pastures, a family farm serving Southern California with pasture raised meats. The company exploded and he left his job in 2013 to focus to the farm full time.

Jeff is a former high school teacher and serial entrepreneur. In 2009 he founded Southwestern Fundraising Group, a logistics company that imported products from Oregon to California. He has been instrumental in the creation of Primal Pastures.

Rob is currently a Physician's Assistant studies major at Western University in Pomona, CA. He has spent the last 3 years translating his medical knowledge into the family farm Primal Pastures and ensuring the highest level of well being for the animals on the farm. His alternative approach to animal wellness combined with his traditional understanding of Western medicinal approaches make him a unique contribution the the Pasturebird team.

Tom McDaniel has spent more than 30 years researching pasture based farming. He is our resident expert on all things farming, soil health, grass, and irrigation. Tom has also spent the last 3 years as a co-founder of Primal Pastures, in the trenches gaining valuable on the ground experience raising poultry.
