Josh Thomas is an adventurer, operator, developer, designer, maker, and award-winning innovation director with over 15 years of experience across a diverse cross-section of industries, including some of the world's largest creative & advertising agencies, toy manufacturers, award-winning tech startups, and transformational innovation consultancies.

Shea has a wide range of experience in the financial services sector, having worked for KPMG in Seattle, London, and Hong Kong, servicing clients in the technology, life sciences, and manufacturing sectors. He has led global finance teams consisting of over 100 individuals across EMEA, Asia, and LATAM, working through complex accounting and reporting issues.

Levi has over 17 years of experience in product management at scale for multiple billion dollar companies and for the past 8 years has led Product for several startups. Additionally spent the last 2.5 years as Head of Product, UX, and Engineering for Medici Land Governance (MLG) in Zambia, Liberia, Rwanda, Mexico, and Saint Kitts.

Farrukhjon spent significant time in the US after graduating from UK-based Westminster University in Tashkent. He's fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek and has considerable experience running businesses that straddle the UK and Uzbekistan. Previously he was the Chief Economist at the Uzbekistan Central Bank.
