Company Summary

We provide a fast casual pasta experience using a Chipotle-style business model. We are different in that we offer a pasta option made of heritage grains, which is gluten-friendly. People who suffer from a gluten intolerance can eat our pasta symptom free. Our customers encompass millenials and their families.

    Co-Founder

    I am currently an Industrial Engineering graduate from Arizona State University. I have experience in lean processing and six sigma methodology. I am a self-motivated team player with strong technical and interpersonal skills.

  • Ryan Louis Sariego
    Co-Founder

    I am currently a graduate student at Arizona State University pursuing a Master in Engineering degree in Structural Engineering. My completion date will be the spring of 2014. I have acquired experience in a variety of fields including engineering design, construction management, and financial services, and consequentially offer a valuable and diverse set of skills.
