Company Summary

We provide a fast casual pasta experience using a Chipotle-style business model. We are different in that we offer a pasta option made of heritage grains, which is gluten-friendly. People who suffer from a gluten intolerance can eat our pasta symptom free. Our customers encompass millenials and their families.
