Dr. Chang is a PaShipPa Co-Founder with 15 years as a Director at ITRI Taiwan's leading research institute. Dr. Chang's team was granted 185 patents and had developed the Worlds smallest RFID radio module and has extensive experience in the IoT space and the development and integration of supply chain technologies on infrastructure, and government projects both in Taiwan and in China. Dr. Chang has post degrees in Electrical Engineering.

Shiqing Poh is an experienced product and operations manager having served as Head of Operations for Lalamove in Singapore, a tech driven last mile logistics platform. He helped drive sustainable profitability and growth through process improvements and data analytics (demand forecasting, surge pricing, supply management and fulfillment prediction etc.). He has a Bachelors from Brown University and a Masters at Georgia Institute of Technology.

Vicky is a Senior Design Engineer at Qualcomm with extensive experience on mobile devices and board level design, previous experience includes Intel, Sharp and IBM. Vicky is a PaShipPa Co-Founder, Investor and Advisor based in San Jose California using her Program Management experience to support the development and integration of our IoT devices onto our platform so all stakeholders can manage, monitor and track the movement of perishables.
