None of the Real Estate online classifieds portals are doing anything exclusive for the Builder's. All they do is, come up with a banner or product, ask Builder's to pay big bucks and in return sell them clicks which might or might not convert to leads.

I have come up with a solution to facilitate Builder's by giving them an exclusive platform where their projects will be showcased and buyers will contact them directly, no brokers or middlemen.
