My business model is simple - serving hot Theplas at affordable rates. This food chain would start from Bangalore as it is the home to those people who stay away from home. This makes them prone to eat outside food, that too expensive. Hence, I thought of introducing them to home made food which wouldn't only satisfy their hunger but will also suit their wallets. The chain would have an open kitchen, 2 cooks, 1 head chef and 1 manager.
