Prior to founding Paralant, Phillip was founder and director of Petapath, working with customers on the development of products. Previously, Phillip led the applications team in silicon companies Clearspeed and BittWare. Phillip has provided parallel programming solutions in defence, communications, HPC and scientific compute markets

Neil has 15 years experience as a technologist working in parallel computing and multi-core platforms. Neil was a founder at Petapath, managing the software development team. He delivered a proto-type low-power peta-scale super computer to the European research body PRACE. Previously Neil worked in the silicon company Clearspeed developing tools for multi-core processors.

Huw has more than 20 years of executive level experience in business development and product marketing, and is leading Paralant’s commercial activity. He was co-founder, CCO and acting CEO of Audium. Huw raised over $9M in 2007 and took the company to an exit sale in 2010 after successfully commercializing their first products. Matt has significant experience with start-ups and SME companies and is a partner in M3 Corporate Finance Ltd. Matt has ‘company side’ experience having been on the inside securing growth finance and with pre and post transaction support. Matt has held a number of senior financial positions in the United Kingdom and overseas, including former Board Director of a 250 person international company.
