John founded Paradigm after success growing other technology businesses. John’s extensive leadership experience ranges from executive positions with global manufacturing companies to leading 3 technology startups. He has a strong track record growing revenue and profits while building world class management teams. John holds a BS Economics and attended Kellogg business school. John serves on the board of The Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Vince is Paradigm’s sales and engineering leader for US markets. Vince has twenty years of experience in sales of high technology equipment and products in automotive, aerospace and other industries. Prior to that Vince worked in R&D and Quality management for large manufacturing companies. Vince is a graduate of Michigan State University with BS and MS degrees in Materials Science and Engineering.

Mike is responsible for financial operations and investor relations. Mike is a CPA who, early in his career, began building a strong track record in senior corporate leadership positions. He was most recently CFO at Transcat, Inc. until retiring in 2020. Mike also held leadership positions with a variety of VC and private equity owned start-ups and early stage companies in cleantech industries. Mike graduated with a BBA, Accounting.

Steve is Paradigm’s lead electrical engineer with extensive experience in high voltage and plasma physics. He co-founded Applied Pulsed Power, Inc. after working as a pulse power electrical engineer for Physics International, Leandro, CA. Prior to that he was in research at Cornell University. Steve graduated with a BSEE degree from Cornell University.

Howard developed embedded software for vehicular applications at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he also developed analytics for engine and vehicle data. He previously created software for the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration, Bell Laboratories, Bell Communications Research, and Eastman Kodak. He has Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Universities of California and Minnesota.

Bernie’s expertise is materials development and product engineering; Bernie holds an M.S. in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University and has 15 years experience in manufacturing-focused engineering, research and development of materials-based technologies with an emphasis on transitioning products and technologies from lab-scale to manufacturing.
