Dr. Kuchma earned her PhD in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where her research focused on radiopharmaceutical design and synthesis in conjunction with Harvard Medical School. She worked on biological applications of nanotechnology at the UCF NanoScience Technology Center, including the use of microfluidics in medical devices. Prior to founding Pandora Genomics, she was a faculty member at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Dr. Arlen earned a BS in Biology from Cornell University and PhD in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics from the University of California, Los Angeles. His work has focused on genomic variations, gene expression patterns, and the discovery of other biomarkers that are associated with clinical responses to therapy. Prior to founding Pandora Genomics, he was a faculty member at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Dr. Smith brings more than 40 years of medical experience to Pandora Genomics. After founding and managing his own successful hematology and oncology practice, he became Medical Director for the design and build phases of Florida Hospital’s successful electronic medical record (EMR) implementation. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in the subspecialty of Medical Oncology.
