As a senior executive and engineer with more than 32 years of experience in leadership positions in the defense and aerospace industry, Ms. Mason has directly led and managed all aspects of business performance. She has held division vice president positions at General Dynamics Canada, was president at Pacific Safety Products, and has provided consulting services to numerous defense organizations.

Mr. Carkner brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial, technical and investment expertise to Panacis. As co-inventor of the Blackberry ™ and Director of Intellectual Property, he was a key member in the successful and dramatic growth of Research In Motion as it transformed itself from a technology incubator to a world leader in wireless communications. Steve is also an active inventor with more than two dozen patents filed for Panacis.

Mr. Radburn is a former partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP with 28 years of business expertise helping corporations, at all stages of development.

Mr. Donais has more than 30 years of experience in product development and project management, from the development of sophisticated military electronics systems at General Dynamics to helping start-up companies build engineering teams and launch their first products. Len is a certified instructor and facilitator for Six Sigma Design for Manufacturability.

Mr. Fisher has 12 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing roles. He served in both the US Marine Corps and Canadian Army including operational time in Iraq
