I Am Me is a safe cloud document web application platform for people affected with dementia. The product offers easy updatable selfcare document to seamlessly communicate online with carers and care home providers.
Currently, in the UK this practice is been done manually through paper document’s such as “This is Me”, “Who I Am’, “Knowing Me”, “My Healthcare Passport” and “Getting to Know Me”. We are digitalizing and centralizing this process.
