He will keep the rooms rented on a continuous basis, fix or arrange for repairs, and oversee what will be mainly a male population of renters.

Capable of taking any old building and designing it to be a boarding house with kitchen, laundry, common bathrooms, multiple bedrooms, TV rooms and parking, she can also oversee any subs work from start to finish. Page is totally capable of ordering appliances, furniture, fixtures, cabinets, etc. and installing them so that the rooms are tasteful, functional and can withstand abuse.
